This chapter highlights the importance of participation in intersectional policy-making processes to overcome siloed, single-axis approaches to equality policies and address power imbalances. By building on intersectionality's potential as a transformative policy tool, it proposes different strategies to organise participation across all stages of the policy process: from policy design to implementation to evaluation
