This chapter is the second part of the INSPIRE workshop conducted on 22 May 2025 and led by Notus Social Research and FUOC. It connects the statistical techniques presented in the previous chapter and in the online handbook with specific thematic analyses, to provide an overview of the main GEAM variables and their relationship to specific equality issues, such as the design of Gender Equality Plans, work-life balance, culture and work climate, and others.
