This chapter is the introductory part of an INSPIRE workshop conducted on 22 May 2025 by Notus Social Research and FUOC. It provides an overview of the scope of the workshop, as well as the GEAM (Gender Equality Audit and Monitoring) Tool: what it is, who can benefit from it, why organisations should use it, and the novelties that the current version of the tool (3.0) is bringing. 

The INSPIRE workshop introduced the newly-launched GEAM Analysis Handbook, which is now available online, and provides practical guidance on analysing the data collected after running the GEAM tool in an organisation, to provide support in embedding inclusion into the organisation's practices.
